Epic Homes Inc., founded in 1994 by Bill Thoreson, was established to create innovative solutions to the housing needs of our clients. Solely a residential firm, our company has designed and built custom homes as well as infill homes for sale. Our company prides itself on delivering a personalized experience for our customers. That personalized attention is reflected not only in the superior quality of the structure, but as service to our customers who appreciate teamwork and communication.

Bill has been involved in the construction of single-family homes since the late 1980’s. His career experience spans from hands-on work in the field to the management of communities and the construction of several hundred homes for a national home builder prior to establishing his own company.
